Our Policy

We put a lot of love into curating each Moment Maker Kit, and we want you to be thrilled with what arrives at your door. Because our kits contain curated, specialty items — many from small businesses — we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or dissatisfaction with the product.

All sales are final.

However, we completely understand that sometimes things get bumped around in transit. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we've got you covered.

Damaged Items

If any items in your order arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a damage claim. This gives you time to open and inspect your kit while keeping the claim process smooth.

How to Submit a Damage Claim

To submit a damage claim, email us at hello@lovebubblesocial.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) — items must still be unopened

  • Photos of the shipping packaging (box, mailer, etc.)

  • A brief description of the damage

Important: Damaged items must remain unopened for a claim to be approved. We need to see the damage as it arrived. The outer shipping box can be opened (of course!), but the individual products inside should not be.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your damage claim, here's how it works:

  1. We'll review your photos and claim details.

  2. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. You'll have 7 days to ship the damaged item(s) back to us using the label provided.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll process your replacement or store credit.

Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved and we've received the damaged item(s), you'll have the following options:

Replacement: We'll send a replacement for the damaged item(s) only. If the specific item is unavailable, we may send a full replacement kit depending on the situation.

Store Credit: We'll issue store credit for the value of the damaged item(s). Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date it's issued.

Consumables (Treats & Edible Items)

If consumable items (like treats or edible goodies) arrive damaged, please include photos as part of your claim. We'll review each situation individually and let you know whether the item(s) need to be returned or if we can process your claim with photos only.

What We Don't Cover

To keep things clear, here's what's not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Change of mind ('I don't want it anymore')

  • Dissatisfaction with the product ('I don't like it')

  • Wrong size or fit

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered

  • Damage caused after delivery (not during shipping)

  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
